Returns

In order to process an exchange and return, it is necessary that the products that have been purchased have not yet left our warehouse for shipment to the customer.

Shipment

To cancel your order, please call 8117825677 or 8117412436 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of cancellation or return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
